Domestic Shipping (India)

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Duration

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities/Towns: Estimated delivery within 6-8 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the accessibility.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: As a promotional offer, we also offer Free Shipping occasionally.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: If Free Shipping offer is not available, then shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on orders up to ₹5000.
  • A nominal fee of ₹60 will be charged for COD orders.
  • Please ensure someone is available to accept and pay for the order upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order via our website’s order tracking page or the shipping partner’s portal.

Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners like [Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, etc.] to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not ship outside India. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping network in the future.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the shipping cost for re-dispatching the package will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • In case of damaged goods upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and products.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be processed based on the outcome.
